Job Overview:We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute visual communication for our fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in skincare and makeup. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual identity across all platforms, driving design innovation while ensuring aesthetic consistency and commercial appeal.Key Responsibilities:Creative Leadership:Conceptualize and help lead design projects including campaign visuals, product launches, and seasonal brand refreshes.Maintain and elevate brand identity across digital platforms.E-commerce & Performance Creatives:Design high-converting banners and offers for marketplaces and the brand’s website.Collaborate with marketing to develop engaging creatives for social ads, emailers, and CRM campaigns.Team Collaboration:Work closely with brands and platform design team to ensure timely and impactful design output.Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to uphold design quality.Trend & Competitor Tracking:Stay updated on design, beauty, and lifestyle trends and translate them into relevant, trend-forward visual content.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle space.Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy tailored to female-focused beauty consumers.Experience designing for D2C and e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) is highly preferred.Understanding of user behavior, performance metrics, and creative testing (A/B testing knowledge is a plus).Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge and basic understanding of AI generative software like ChatGPT, Midjourney
