Job Description:The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling visual designs for both digital and print platforms. While this role is centered around graphic design, prior experience with motion graphics will be a significant plus. Familiarity with Generative AI tools for creative ideation, asset generation, or workflow automation will be a strong advantage.The Creative Design team in India Office is responsible for creating the medical and marketing materials for Global Orion teams.Work responsibilities:

Develop visually impactful marketing materials including infographics, posters, banners, newsletters, and web content
Create and maintain visuals for social media, emailers, and product guides
Design and manage web pages, landing pages, and perform website updates
Develop illustrations and GIF-based animations
Collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment
Create basic animations and assist with video editing for educational and promotional content
Work within design guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
Tools: Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro

Considered as an advantage:

Motion Graphics
HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Optimizely)

Our expectations :

3-5 years of graphic design experience (motion graphics experience is a bonus)
Strong layout, typography, and branding skills
Understanding of visual storytelling and animation principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication in English (spoken and written)
Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset

Education :Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
