- Develop and execute implementation strategies to achieve technology objectives and goals
- Guide, mentor, and manage a diversified team (on-site, offshore, and outsourced) for application support and change management
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions to meet bank's business and technical requirements
- Accountable for deliverables during all implementation phases (product walkthrough, scope/integration studies, solution architecture, environment preparation, testing support, etc.)
- Provide technical support during user training, product walkthroughs (PWT), SIT/UAT, business simulation, and production rollout
- Lead production implementation ensuring compliance with SLA, schedule, budget, scope, and quality standards
- Manage transformation and upgrade of core banking applications, including digital core systems
- Oversee, guide, and ensure quality and timely delivery by business analysts involved in the implementation
- Achieve and maintain agreed SLAs for system performance and support
- Offer technical expertise, assess and recommend solutions for system issues and enhancements
- Review and evaluate technical requirements and recommend solution architectures
- Analyze the impact of technical requirement changes on existing systems
- Manage integration and design documentation for project deliverables
- Assist development teams in understanding banking concepts and verifying resolution of issues
- Guide issue resolution and build strong relationships with development teams
- Manage implementation and customization of FLEXCUBE solutions, including testing, training, integration, and user acceptance
- Ensure smooth production cutover and proper documentation of production transfer
- Monitor system resources to maintain production standards
- Provide technical guidance and instruction to other IT staff as needed
