Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counselor to promote and sell online and distance learning programs offered by leading Indian universities. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, student counseling, admissions follow-up, and achieving revenue-based targets.Key Responsibilities :Lead Generation : Identify and pursue potential student leads through various online platforms, calls, and digital campaigns.Counseling & Conversion : Provide accurate information about programs, course structures, and career outcomes to prospective students.Follow-Up : Maintain timely communication with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure high conversion rates.Admissions Coordination : Guide students through the complete admission process-right from inquiry to enrollment.Target Achievement : Meet weekly/monthly admission and revenue targets aligned with company goals.CRM Management : Accurately update lead and student interaction data into internal CRM tools.Feedback & Reporting : Share market insights and student feedback with the team to improve service and offerings.
