- Coordinate and schedule interviews for U.S.-based clients and candidates.
- Maintain a 90%+ interview completion rate through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Ensure candidates are fully informed about the job role and company before interviews.
- Handle primary operations related to U.S. candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Provide secondary support with email handling and database management.
- Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts or no-shows through real-time coordination.
- Maintain clear documentation and operational updates across systems and stakeholders.
- Only 2025 graduates and candidates with a bachelor's degree will be considered.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work non-flexible U.S. hours (9:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST).
- Prior internship or operational experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Comfort with handling communication and coordination for U.S.-based clients and candidates.
