- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility.
- Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams
- Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
- Assist the Chief Engineer to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintain the logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M & E installations.
- Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns/work permit/technology.
- Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time.
- Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reports
- Conduct site walk daily with the checklist, & log sheet look out for defects, and manage any hazardous objects accordingly.
- Ensure that the meeting rooms are in ‘ready-to-use’ condition whenever unoccupied
- Ensure that office equipment are in good working condition. Otherwise, rectify immediately
- Liaise and manage respective vendor to support the functionality of office space
- Responsible to consolidate all customer issues and generate a monthly report for both soft and tech perspective.
- Manage all customers’ issues tactfully and confidently
- Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures are being complied with
- Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed
- Following the standard as per HSSE guideline.
- Start the day with greeting customer, using customer name
- To be attuned with customer, build and establish relationship with stakeholders across all levels

- Share communications collaterals with the JLL team
- Mailbox must be emptied at the end of each day. Urgent emails to be prioritise first
- Perform stocktake for pantry food item.
- Police the clean desk policy.
- Adhoc responsibilities assigned by Workplace Manager.
- Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
- Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in facilities management
- Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team
- Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in a customer service environment
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
