Job Description:1. Engage with cross functional teams to close out identified business solutions, workflow design.2. Liaise with Digital & IT teams to prioritize projects of TCHFL and drive adherence to timelines as per business expectations3. Representation of projects to steering committees on regular basis4. Ensure, user level adoption by engaging with IT support teams for production issue resolution till projects / platforms are stabilized5. Ensure smooth handover transition of projects to business6. Reporting & escalations of any deviations of quality/ timelines in a timely manner7. Working closely with business teams to evaluate enhancements & other changes as required due to dynamics in the environment or in lieu of better user experience.8. To initiate & conduct trainings along with the L&D teams for imparting knowledge on developed systemsDesired Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in the field.Graduate : Yes Masters/Postgraduate: Yes
