- Support the employee experience by providing hospitable and warm customer service and assisting people.
- Develop an understanding of working relationship with key representatives of the client, suppliers, and team members.
- Maintain the cleanliness and arrange of the office pantry and break areas
- Ensure pantry is well-stocked with coffee, tea, snacks, beverages, fruits, water, mugs, glass and other refreshments
- Receive and properly store pantry deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels
- Clean and maintain vending machines, water dispensers, microwaves and refrigerators
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare meeting rooms with refreshments when required
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs
- Check the alignment of the poster at pantry notice board remove the older date poster
- All time hygiene PPE process to be maintained (Head gear, Nose mask, Gloves, Aprons)
- Be the voice of the customer by listening and providing support for their requests.
- The information must be communicated effectively at all given times.
- Inform & suggest best available options to the people in respective Center & in events
- Assisting professionals with a right sized meeting room depending on room size and number of people.
- Need to be culturally sensitive and perform work ethically and with integrity.
- Act as an owner of the space across all services provided.
- Be an advocate for innovation, recommend enhancements to the workplace and look for opportunities to improve collaboration.
- Know the residents of the floor, build connects and collect feedback from the employees.
- Be receptive to feedback, share it and action it.
- Be knowledgeable how to run all tech equipment on floor to support when immediate assistance required.
