- Conduct structured outbound calls to doctors for service-related coordination.
- Handle inbound queries from doctors with professionalism and provide accurate information.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system/CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, and business) for escalations or information requests.
- Share timely feedback and insights from doctors with the team for process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and quality standards in all communications.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Graduate with 0–1 years of experience in operations, customer engagement, or support roles.
- Excellent communication and listening skills (English and Hindi)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle professional conversations with empathy, accuracy, and courtesy.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven yet service-oriented environment.
