Our mission is to reimagine recycling by pioneering our philosophy of 'Waste as ores' and close the recycling loop, one element at a time. We have developed a patented chemical-free 'Integrated Carbothermal Reduction ' technology to recycle Lithium-ion Batteries and extract critical minerals from them. Our low-carbon process reduces the dependence on virgin mining and bolsters the bottle-necked metal supply chain critical for the energy transition. Position Overview We are looking for a Sharp-minded, detail-oriented and organized Accounts Associate to join our growing team in Bangalore. You will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations by ensuring accurate and timely financial recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Manage customer accounts, including issuing invoices, recording payments, and chasing outstanding receivables. Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable ledgers monthly. Financial Reporting & Data Entry: Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using excel or other accounting software (e.g., Tally). Generate reports such as general ledgers, trial balances, and cash flow statements. Compliance & Administration: Assist with tax filing procedures and ensure adherence to all statutory regulations. Admin Any other function deemed necessary for the business. Qualifications Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in an accounting role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Advanced Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Bonus Points for: Experience in a startup environment.
