Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, including dermatologists, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Present and promote dermatology products and services over the phone.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and sales progress.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with dermatology products or medical sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
