This is an individual contributor role for a results-oriented sales professional who is passionate about building relationships and driving revenue in the fast-paced world of tech and engineering staffing.Key Responsibilities:- New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and prospect potential clients within the engineering and technology industries through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.- Lead Generation: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, consistently nurturing relationships from initial contact to contract closing.- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client hiring challenges and present tailored staffing solutions that align with their technical and business requirements.- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, effectively communicating our value proposition.- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and successfully close new business deals to meet and exceed individual sales targets.- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the staffing and recruitment industry.- A strong interest in or experience with the engineering and technology sectors is highly desirable.- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- A self-starter with a high level of motivation and a target-driven mindset.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities.
