Coordinate with Fabrication team for readiness of fabrication structure
Maintain MIS for Management reporting.
Study various engineering drawing before executing jobs
Prepared list of materials, resources, tolls & tackles required to execute the job.
Ensure pre fabrication activities going as per time
Ensure material availability required for pre fabrication job
Finalize scope of fabrication work
Prepare daily fit up report to start fabrication
Punch line no, joint no, spool no for easy access in future at the time of fabrication
Check the spool as per drawing & release it for welding
After weld release for inspection for erection
Coordinate & timely arrange all tools, tackles & equipment's required to erect the jobs.Qualifications:Educational Qualification: Essential: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experiences:Ø Minimum experience: 3-7 years experience in execution of various fabrication industry
Experience of handling similar project of same kind.
Knowledge of Welding Codes & Procedures for Fabrication
Experience in handing Structure Fabrication and Erection
Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) and conducting negotiations with large-scale. high-value vendors.
