- Develop Maintenance strategies to achieve production targets.

- Coordination with stakeholders including operation, other engineering disciplines, Techno commerical, contractors, vendor, etc
- Training & Development of Electrical Team to develop their competencies and Sucession plan.
- Analyze the issues, risks, bottlenecks and provide forward path to overcome limitations and mitigate risks of the Plant.
- Support the maintenance team in technical challenges encountered in daily plans executions, shutdown/turnaround preparations and major maintenance projects.
- Responsible for Annual Plan & Budget of CAPEX and OPEX for Electrical Maintenance activities of assigned plant.
- Achieve production plan by ensuring Equipment availability through effective Preventive Maintenance , Plant Turnaround , skilled manpower and availability of critical spares
