- You'll review and prepare complex NAV reports, Financial Statements with disclosures, and other client deliverables while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SSAE and internal procedures.
- You'll manage and develop Accountants and Junior Accountants, overseeing their work quality, providing feedback, addressing review comments, and helping build their technical competencies.
- You'll coordinate client requirements and workflows, confirming data completeness, managing deadlines, escalating missing information, planning workloads, and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
- You'll oversee workflow, risk, and compliance processes by managing timesheets, approving overtime, monitoring deliverables, drafting error/compliance reports, identifying operational risks, and proposing corrective actions.
- You'll act as a key communication and support link across clusters and stakeholders, addressing inquiries within 24 hours, assisting in debrief preparations, serving as an alternate for Assistant Managers, and supporting cross-team needs.

- You hold a degree in Accounting or a business-related course, with over 4 years of relevant accounting experience and at least 1 year of supervisory background.
- You possess strong knowledge of IndAS, IFRS, and GAAP across US, UK, and Luxembourg jurisdictions, including the preparation and review of financial statements and supporting working papers.
- You have solid operational experience in fund accounting, preferably in private equity or private debt, and are skilled in managing service operations and client deliverables.
- You demonstrate technical capability in Private Equity and Private Debt accounting concepts, with working knowledge of the Investran Accounting Application (super user level preferred).
- You are proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, IF functions), Microsoft Office, accounting software, and have effective written and advanced verbal communication skills in English and an additional foreign language.
- Experience working in Financial Services or Shared Services office environment.
- Experience working in a multinational office environment.
- Open to travel and other secondment opportunities abroad if required.
- University Degree in Accountancy and other accounting-related courses.
