- You'll prepare accurate, timely financial statements with disclosures, NAV reports, and ad hoc client deliverables, ensuring complete source data, mastery of report components, and correct use of accounting and reporting platforms.
- You'll manage client delivery end to end by interpreting SOWs and SLAs, planning and tracking work in the workflow planner, maintaining daily timesheets, reviewing outputs for quality, addressing review comments, and escalating issues promptly.
- You'll uphold compliance and risk controls by following procedures, checklists, and SSAE requirements; reporting breaches or errors within 24 hours; assisting with error reports; and contributing to root cause analysis and remediation.
- You'll communicate proactively by owning and responding to client, investor, and cluster queries within 24 hours, coordinating with senior accountants and cross-functional teams, and supporting teammates as needed.
- You'll bring and develop key qualifications and skills, including proficiency with accounting and reporting systems, strong attention to detail and data reconciliation, deadline and workflow management, problem solving and sound escalation judgment, and a learning mindset that seeks training, feedback, and support.

- You hold a university degree in Accountancy or a related field with a strong academic record, or you are a graduate of a business-related course with 1+ year of relevant fund accounting experience.
- You have foundational knowledge of IndAS, IFRS, and US/UK/Luxembourg GAAP (and other relevant standards) and can prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You are fluent in English and at least one additional language, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- You are experienced in preparing working paper files and financial statements with disclosures, with operational exposure to fund accounting services, preferably private equity.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel: pivot tables, lookups, IF and similar functions), email, and video conferencing tools; knowledge of Investran or Paxus is preferred.
- Desire to complete Certified Public Accountant qualification, if applicable.
- Experience working in Financial Services or Global Client Delivery environment.
- Experience working in a multinational office environment.
