Identify and explore new international markets and business opportunities.
Build, lead, and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents.
Oversee the entire export process including quotations, negotiations, order execution, and customer support.
Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations, documentation standards, and INCOTERMS.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, compliance) to fulfill export orders smoothly.
Plan and participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business development events.
Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to adjust strategies accordingly.
Handle all shipping, customs clearance, and documentation for overseas dispatches.
