AAK Mumbai Mumbai About The Role This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives. And involves collaborating with senior leaders, managers, and employees to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives. Also involved in focusing on Compensation and Benefits (Comp and Ben) and support employee satisfaction and retention. Job Description: Work closely with HR Head and stakeholders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support organizational objectives. Contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company's mission and values, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirement Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews Implement, and manage the organization's compensation structure. Administer and communicate compensation policies and programs to employees Assist in conducting market salary surveys (Mercer) to benchmark the organization's pay scales against industry standards Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate salary ranges. Handle salary negotiations, promotions, and annual salary reviews Develop and manage the employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction Generate reports for management to support decision-making related to compensation and benefits strategies. Establish and monitor key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives About You Experience and Skills required: Proven experience in HR Business Partnering role, with an exposure in strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management and exposure in Comp & Ben. Exposure of working with Mercer Compensation Proficient in working with Advanced MS Excel Knowledge of working in SAP HR, Tableau Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture. Manufacturing Industry experience preferred About AAK Everything AAK does is about Making Better Happen .
