The Human Resources Associate will work in support of the India HR Business Partner to enhance operations and effectiveness across a broad variety of HR strategies and cyclical processes. This role will help prepare, track and monitor work and projects across all activities of the HR Business Partner team.
This role will provide an excellent opportunity for broad-based learning of best-in-class strategic approaches to engaging, managing, and developing our human capital. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Tactical support to India HRBP to execute HR processes including recruitment, talent management, engagement surveys, performance management, diversity, mobility.
- Play a key role in driving campus engagement and recruitment across businesses in India.
- Play a key role in extracting and organizing data for insights in support of a variety of initiatives, including but not limited to, headcount management, diversity & inclusion, talent and performance management, and ongoing audit and management of team data.
- Partner with HRBPs and Global Talent Development team to discover and implement talent development initiatives, including executive coaching assignments
- Be the custodian of all HR labor laws to ensure compliance; oversee regulatory filings.
- Support new hire integration process; including new hire check-in’s, onboarding plans.
- Work across business to identify and drive employee engagement initiatives for India employees.
- Partner closely with Regional Benefits team to implement employee benefits in India.
- Project manage or support ad hoc projects in the country and the region as needed.

- Minimum 4-5 years of overall HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- Generalist knowledge of human resources processes, concepts and practices
- Good judgment, demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a dynamic environment
- Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations to address root cause
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to leverage data to create insights and strategies that support and drive business decisions
- Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and collaborate on issues across HR and the business
- Technically proficient in MS Office Suite – including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
