- Plan and design automated and manual Body-in-White (BIW) assembly lines
- Apply product and process knowledge to optimize Body Shop assembly workflows
- Execute Body Shop process planning aligned with vehicle programs and manufacturing strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define process requirements and tooling needs
- Utilize digital tools for simulation and validation of manufacturing processes
- Contribute to fixture design and ensure manufacturability and feasibility
- Support project planning, execution, and documentation of manufacturing processes
- 2-6 years of experience in the engineering services or automotive manufacturing industry
- Expertise in Body Shop process planning and assembly operations
- Proficiency in PLM, Teamcenter, NX, Delmia, and Process Simulate
- Understanding of fixture design; hands-on experience is an added advantage
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or C# is a plus
- Strong coordination, mentoring, and teamwork abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering
- Exposure to global manufacturing standards and practices
- Experience with international stakeholders in automotive process planning projects
