- Since this team involves handling Global confidential data/EIB uploads, access should be handled responsibly.
- Ensure compliance while supporting a range of global operational processes.
- Provide end-to-end support for global HR transactions in Workday and Oracle, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance with regional policies and procedural guidelines (UK/Middle East/North America/Asia Pacific/Europe).
- Manage and resolve employee requests and queries via ServiceNow Pro within defined SLAs.
- Perform data uploads and mass transactions using EIBs and other HR tools.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams, COEs and payroll partners to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Support onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle transactions globally.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, perform regular audits and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in documentation of SOPs, process flows and knowledge base articles.
- Support HR reporting and dashboard requirements as needed.
- Participate in global HR projects and system implementations/ enhancements.
- Manage escalations, root cause analysis and provide it to Team Lead/Line manager.
- To ensure 100% Data Integrity is adhered to
- Experience, preferably 3-5 years in a HR Shared Services or HR Operations in a global organization, supporting UK/Europe/Middle East & Africa/US/Canada/Asia Pacific
- Hands-on experience with Workday, Oracle HRMS, ServiceNow Pro and working knowledge of EIBs.
- Strong understanding of global HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to manage large datasets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high volume driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
