- Conduct inspections of mechanical components used in nacelle and hub assemblies.
- Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs to ensure components meet specified tolerances.
- Inspect incoming mechanical parts from suppliers, verifying material certificates, dimensional accuracy, and surface conditions.
- Report non-conformities to the QA lead and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain detailed inspection records, including test data, deviation reports, and corrective actions taken.
- Ensure all inspection activities are documented accurately and meet the requirements of internal and external quality audits.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly quality and reduce defect rates in nacelle and hub manufacturing.
- Provide feedback on inspection findings to support process optimization and supplier development efforts.
- Ensure that all inspections and quality checks comply with standards, drawing & specification.
- Stay updated on the latest mechanical QA standards and inspection technologies applicable to nacelle and hub components.
- Assist in training new QA inspectors on mechanical inspection techniques and use of testing equipment.
- Share knowledge on defect detection and mechanical failure analysis to enhance the overall capability of the QA team.

- 5+ years of experience in mechanical quality inspection and testing.
- Proficiency in, dimensional inspections, and quality standards for nacelle and hub components.
