  • Lead and mentor a team of release engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the professional growth and development of team members
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for engineering processes and practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand release changes and continuously enhance the test suiteWork with development, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth release management processes
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to meet criteria before each release
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for efficient release testing
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and testing best practices
  • Contribute to process improvements, tool evaluations, and the adoption of new testing methodologiesImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline the deployment process and ensure seamless integration of new featuresMonitor and optimize the performance of production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability
  • Drive framework changes to enhance system scalability, performance, and security
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • B. Tech or M. Tech or MCA
  • 6+ years of overall experience Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and principles Proficiency in UI Automation, JavaScript, Java, and Selenium
  • Proven solid background in Quality Engineering practices
Preferred Qualification:
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting
