Solving customer queries over call, mail or text
Coordinating with team mates
Respond to customer inquiries
Focus on customer satisfaction
Share open and closing counts for tickets, calls, and chats.
Manage refunds
Maintain daily and weekly reports
Handle order cancellations
Perform finance-related tasks
Conduct quality checks of calls and chats on a daily basis
