Reporting To: Customer Support Manager / Team LeadKey Responsibilities: * Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or messages from customers regarding product or service inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the concerned department if needed.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers for issue resolution and feedback.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the system for future reference.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to provide correct information to customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Aim to deliver a positive customer experience and maintain a high satisfaction score.
