- Develop and lead the complete content strategy for the township's pre-launch, launch, and ongoing communication.
- Craft a strong narrative for the brand across all platforms-website, social media, print, videos, PR, events, and sales.
- Plan content calendars in coordination with marketing, events, and sales teams.
- Oversee creation of high-quality written, visual, and video content showcasing luxury living, township features, amenities, and experiences.
- Write or guide content for brochures, AV scripts, newsletters, blogs, press releases, digital ads, and event communication.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone-premium, experiential, and aspirational.
- Drive social media strategy with strong storytelling and visual appeal.
- Review and approve posts, reels, creatives, and campaign messaging.
- Monitor performance insights and optimize content for reach and engagement.
- Work closely with design teams and agencies to ensure cohesive brand identity.
- Guide photoshoots, video shoots, influencer content, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in language, visuals, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with the events team to craft event-related content (invites, scripts, speeches, display content, etc.).
- Support the sales team with high-impact presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing collaterals.
- Align with leadership on brand direction and key messaging.
- 7+ years of experience in content strategy, brand communication, or creative direction.
- Preferred experience in real estate, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, or premium brands.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of luxury positioning and audience psychology.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
