With a client-first approach and commitment to innovation, we are growing our Workday practice and seeking entrepreneurial leaders to join us.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Partner to focus on Sales, Marketing and Presales Partner - Workday Solutions to join Clovio Consulting in a profit-sharing leadership capacity.This role blends strategic business development, client engagement, and practice growth ownership, making it ideal for an experienced professional with strong connections in the Workday ecosystem. The selected Partner will play a pivotal role in expanding Clovio’s footprint by driving new client acquisitions, strengthening alliances, and shaping the long-term direction of our Workday practice.This role will be Initially reporting to Founder and later to the CEO : FounderKey ResponsibilitiesSales, Marketing and Pre-Sales
Lead go-to-market strategy for Workday services (HCM, Finance, Adaptive Planning, Extend, etc.).
Identify, pursue, and close enterprise-level Workday opportunities.
Drive revenue, margin, and growth targets for the Workday practice.
Strategic Leadership
Act as a partner-level leader contributing to business planning and strategy.
Collaborate with practice leads to create innovative solution offerings and proposals.
Mentor and guide internal teams on pre-sales, solution, and proposal development. Also support with RFP responses and pitch presentations.
Collaborate with other regional leaders to pitch, convert and onboard workday solution projects
Client & Alliance Management
Build strong C-level / Decision making client relationships across industries.
Strengthen Clovio’s partnership with Workday alliance teams to co-create opportunities.
Represent Clovio Consulting at Workday ecosystem events, conferences, and forums.
RequirementsMandatory Skills-12+ years of experience in ERP/Cloud HCM/Finance consulting and business development, with at least 5+ years focused on Workday solutions.-Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise Workday deals.-Strong network within the Workday ecosystem (clients, alliance teams, industry leaders).-Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take ownership of practice growth initiatives.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.Benefits
