- 4-8 years of experience in end to end HR Operations.
- Bachelor's degree required in related field.
- Strong knowledge of the HR system landscape (Service Management Tool, Basware invoicing, Oracle HCM, Oracle on premise solution be an advantage).
- Experience from shared services organization supporting a number of countries will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite required.
- Able to explain HR policies to employees and managers.
