  • Serve as the subject matter expert in building engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, architectural) within the digital transformation team.
  • Lead integration and implementation of BIM, digital twins, IoT-enabled systems, and smart building technologies.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop digital workflows, simulation models, and data standards to support lifecycle building performance.
  • Translate engineering requirements into digital tool specifications and support development of custom solutions when needed.
  • Guide digital asset management practices, including condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and sustainability tracking.
  • Champion innovation across design, construction, and facilities management, driving adoption of new technologies and best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and contribute to skill development programs for engineering and operations personnel.
Profile/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
  • 8+ years of experience in building design, construction, or facilities management.
  • Proven experience working with BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks), simulation tools, and smart building systems.
  • Understanding of green building standards (e.g., LEED, WELL, IGBC) and lifecycle cost analysis.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, IoT integration, and digital project delivery platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
