JobType: full-timeRequirements:We're looking for a hands-on recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across GTM & Consulting orgs (Customer Success, Implementations, Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting, RevOps) and select G&A roles. You'll partner directly with business leaders to define roles, build diverse pipelines, run a structured process, and close exceptional talent.What you'll do
- Run end-to-end hiring for open roles at a time across CS, Implementation, Pre-Sales/Solutions, and G&A.
- Lead intakes with hiring managers; translate business needs into sharp scorecards, JDs, and interview plans.
- Build top-of-funnel via direct sourcing (Boolean/X-ray, referrals, communities, events) with minimal vendor reliance.
- Drive structured interviews: training loops on rubrics, ensure signal quality, reduce bias, and maintain SLAs.
- Own candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance, including pre-boarding touchpoints.
- Create market maps & talent intelligence: target companies, org charts, and competitive insights.
- Run compensation benchmarking; craft offers; negotiate thoughtfully; close with speed and clarity.
- Maintain ATS hygiene and analytics (pipeline health, time-to-slate, conversion, DEI funnel insights).
- Partner with Brand/Comms to amplify our employer brand across GTM/Consulting communities.
- Continually improve process (automation, templates, dashboards) and raise the hiring bar.
- 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Significant exposure to Consulting/GTM roles: Customer Success, Implementations/Professional Services, Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting (IC to lead level).
- Proven direct-sourcing chops and community-led hiring; comfort mapping and engaging talent from consulting orgs.
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders; can push for clarity and quality.
- Data-driven operator: you use funnel metrics to prioritize, forecast, and report.
- Excellent writing & narrative skills for briefs, outreach, and candidate storytelling.
- Familiarity with a modern ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby) and spreadsheet skills for reporting.
- Early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS/enterprise AI experience.
- Knowledge of supply chain, analytics, or ops-heavy domains.
- Experience hiring in India with exposure to US/EMEA collaboration.
- Built or refined structured interviews and rubrics before.
