Demonstrated ability in using HR Information Systems (HRIS), data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
Strong understanding of HR metrics and their impact on business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Coordination & Collaboration: Act as a central liaison within the HR department, facilitating communication and project coordination among various sub-teams. Ensure alignment with the organization's goals and HR strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, make recommendations, and support HR decisions. Develop and maintain HR dashboards that provide insights into workforce metrics, recruitment effectiveness, and other key performance indicators.
Presentation & Reporting: Create compelling presentations for HR initiatives, results, and strategies for both internal and external stakeholders. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek and recommend improvements to HR processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in the implementation of HR systems and tools.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure HR activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into HR operations.Qualification
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in HR analytics, coordination, or a similar role within a dynamic HR department.
Proven track record of managing projects, from conception through to delivery.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
