Area Sales Executive (Kitchen Appliances) Responsible for driving sales within a specific geographic area by building relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key accounts. They focus on promoting and selling kitchen appliances, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities:- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and interior designers. - Possessing a strong understanding of the company's product line and being able to effectively demonstrate features and benefits to customers. - Gathering market intelligence, competitor activity updates, and understanding customer needs. - Identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and effectively communicating with customers. - Preparing regular sales reports, forecasting sales trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly. - Providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring after-sales support. - Participating in product demos, promotional activities, and industry events to drive sales. - Working closely with marketing and product teams to execute sales promotions and campaigns. - Coordinating with distributors for stock and order fulfilment. Qualification And Experience:1. MBA with 3-5 Years of Experience in sales, preferably in the home appliances or related industry. 2. Essential for building relationships and effectively communicating with customers. 3. Ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies. 4. Ability to negotiate deals and close sales effectively. 5. Ability to manage a large territory and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Familiarity with kitchen appliances and their features. 7. Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage a large territory effectively.
