You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your primary goal will be to support the plant's operational success by effectively managing the human capital within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the plant. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. Mediate disputes and facilitate resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and job satisfaction. Performance Management: Establish performance management systems to set clear performance expectations and goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and implement necessary revisions to HR policies and procedures. Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate records. HR Administration: Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with the HR team. Maintain HR databases and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review. Health and Safety: Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to promote a safe work environment and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct safety training sessions and emergency preparedness drills. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices in India. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHRi) is a plus.
