- Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead product quality assurance activities from design to manufacturing, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to establish quality checkpoints, inspection procedures, and product validation processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications applicable to the automotive industry (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949).
- Provide leadership and direction to the quality team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Set clear goals and objectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/Automotive
- Strong experience in heavy fabrication, stamping, welding, pressing is a must.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, quality tools, and methodologies.
- Experience in NPD quality.
- In depth knowledge and experience of welding documentation.
