The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.- Achieve assigned sales targets and meet performance benchmarks.- Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients in CRM.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.- Provide feedback from customers to the management team for continuous improvement.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications :- Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar sales role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Ability to handle objections confidently and close deals.- Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office/CRM tools.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.- High level of patience and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
