- On-site intervention for commissioning, complex technical issues & critical spare parts replacement in ATS.
- OTC/AMC Execution support, Modernization support on ATS to Local Service teams in the country.
- Issue analysis and to lead technical discussions with customers on resolution and root cause analysis.
- Competency management of direct and partner engineers for LV & MV ATS.
- Work with Manufacturing, domain expert technical teams, Engineering, R&D and global teams on technical subjects.
- Product lifecycle management, Spare parts management & Forecast for LV & MV ATS Products
- Make sure that safety guidelines and execution discipline is adhered to.
- Build and share best practices with the global ecosystem. Adhere to Safety standards and KPIs
- Connect and coordination for Homaya inverter issues with R&D team - Bangalore.
- Travel & conduct regular trainings on ASCO products for Partners Engineers & L1 engineer and work with regional team in developing the competency on existing and new products.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electricals
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience on LV & MV domain.
- Field Experience on LV & MV products.
- Knowledge of Electricals (Breaker, Contactors, Relays etc)
- Quick understanding of drawings schematics.
- Knowledge on Industrial communication (Modbus, serial.. etc)
