- Oversee the operational budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
- Monitor financial performance, conduct regular cost analyses, and recommend budget
- Identify opportunities for process improvements across all business functions.
- Implement process automation tools and techniques to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
