Summary:We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Learning & Knowledge Manager to lead the strategy, development, and management of our internal Learning Management System (LMS) and knowledge platforms. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for curating and maintaining centralized knowledge resources and designing impactful learning content to support the ongoing development of our consulting team.Job Location: Mumbai (Thane)Your Future Employer: Is a Management Consulting company that offer unique solutions to chronic problems in areas of supply chain, operations, sales & distribution, R&D, NPD, retail operations, Industrial CAPEX projects, and software development.Responsibilities:

Coordinate with consultants to collect, curate, and maintain a high-quality and updated repository of knowledge content in the knowledge platforms.
Work with SMEs and external vendors to develop impactful new training modules using instructional design methodologies.
Champion new features and initiatives that accelerate learning adoption across the consulting team/ clients.
Quickly grasp key concepts in supply chain, operations, project management, and other relevant domains to align training content with business needs.
Monitor engagement and effectiveness using data analytic to refine learning strategies

Requirement:

MBA with 5-10 years experience in learning & knowledge management or similar roles
Exposure to work related to supply chain, sales and project management.
Experience in corporate learning environments, instructional design methodologies, orknowledge platform development
Bold and confident, with a "shamelessly aggressive" approach to getting tasks done.
Fast learner with an adaptive mindset.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
