As a BI Engineer - Tableau Developer, you will be in a customer-facing role, responsible for requirements analysis, design and implementing effective data visualization solutions, creating interactive reports and dashboards, and providing valuable insights to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. While proficiency in Tableau is the primary requirement for this role, expertise in similar tools like QlikView/Qlik Sense, Salesforce CRM Analytics , Power BI, or AWS QuickSight will be advantageous for effectively integrating data from diverse sources.Technical Qualifications:

8+years of experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau that effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical users.
3+years of working knowledge on Snowflake is a Plus
Highly Proficient and hands on - Complex SQL
Familiarity with working with GTM data and exposure to Salesforce.
Having done Quality Assurance in prior roles as additional responsibilities.
Be able to operate as a Fullstack BI engineer when need be.
Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics & SOQL is value add.
Hands-on experience on Python , Pyspark.
Develop and maintain data sources, data extracts, and data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Tableau software and data visualization techniques, and incorporate new features and capabilities into existing reports and dashboards.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with existing Tableau reports and dashboards, and implement solutions to optimize performance and usability.
Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of data visualization and design principles, with the ability to transform complex data sets into simple and intuitive visualizations.
Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and SQL.
Experience with data integration, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong communication skills.
An ability to talk both to the technical teams responsible for the data and comfortable explaining data and conclusions to non-technical teams.
Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server Certification is a plus.
Experience with Cloud Database systems like Snowflake or AWS Redshift will be a plus.
