Job Role: The Sealer Supervisor oversees sealer line operations, ensuring process adherence, quality control, productivity, and safety. The role involves managing a team of operators, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and driving process improvements.Job Responsibilities:1. Production & Quality: Ensure proper application of sealers, PVC, and underbody coatings. Monitor cycle times, defect rates, and process adherence.2. Team Management: Supervise operators, allocate manpower, conduct training, and ensure discipline.3. Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and hazardous material handling.4. Maintenance Coordination: Work with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance.5. Process Improvement: Identify waste reduction opportunities, support lean initiatives, and maintain 5S6. Troubleshoot and address any technical issues or defects that May arise during the processes.7. Maintain records of process parameters, product specifications, and inventory levels.8. Reporting: Maintain production logs, defect reports, and downtime records.Skills:Functional/Technical:- Strong knowledge of sealer, and under body coating processes- Knowledge of Underbody robotic application, handling and maintenance of Fanuc robots.- Quality control and inspection skills to maintain product quality and adherence to specifications.- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for technical issues that may arise during processes.- Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.- Knowledge of microsoft excel, powerpoint-Able to produce reports and present in front of management.Behavioral:- Leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team and ensure efficient operation.- Target orientation- Good analytical skills- Excellent Communication & presentation skills- Flexibility- Team player- Networking skills
