PMO Supervisor:The India PMO Supervisor / Project Analyst supports project and program management for the opening and growth of our first McDonalds Corporate office in Hyderabad to drive orderly and timely project execution and delivery. This role will be responsible for supporting key PMO processes, including development of the integrated project/work plan, managing program and project interdependencies, coordinating resources and key PMO meetings, tracking and reporting risks and issues and supporting weekly status reporting across all workstreams and adjacent programs.The India PMO Supervisor will report to the India PMO Lead to administer and operate within different project management areas, specifically ensuring the tracking and completion of key project activities.Who were looking for:Responsibilities:
  • Work with India PMO Lead to support development of the program and project strategy, approach, workstreams and overall structure and timeline for key initiatives
  • Proactively identify and report risk and issues, and engage the right parties to mitigate risk and resolve issues
  • Support program governance and project status forums, including managing logistics and ensuring all parties are apprised of actions and decisions
  • Provide project workplan management support, keeping track of plans, staffing, quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Track and monitor project metrics and reporting
  • Build program-relevant communication materials, including Leadership updates on program status, key announcements, onboarding and offboarding materials
  • Provide executive level administrative support to select India based leaders
  • Manage global visitor protocols including meeting room preparation, transportation, business invites
Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of prior program and project management experience supporting large scale, global integrated programs
  • Should have experience in any Tech related Transition experience in the past
  • Must have hands on experience in reporting and tracking project status and progress
  • Knowledge on data visualization tools like Power BI in a beginner level
  • Experience developing and managing project management processes such as multi-team project plans, risks and issues logs, change control processes, status reporting and resource management
  • Strong experience using project management tools (waterfall and agile) to implement and reinforce project management methodology
  • Strong ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the success of our India operations.
