positive experiences, implement initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction. - Build and maintain relationships with regular and HNI customers, ensuring personalised service.
- Develop strategies to improve customer conversion, review non-converted customer database, and
action taken to drive higher conversion rates and repeat buying. - Ensure compliance with all commercial and regulatory requirements.
