- Monitor and manage key financial metrics, such as store sales, expenses, inventory level, and profit
- Identify opportunities to improve store profitability through cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Conduct periodic reviews of inventory, assortment gaps, and competitor analysis, customer demand
- Implement and monitor systems to ensure transparency and compliance with ethical standards.
- Demonstrate vigilance in identifying and addressing any potential issues related to business practices.
- Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience by setting and maintaining high service
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Drive customer satisfaction through NPS, Non-Buyer Score, Google, and website reviews to ensure
- Build and maintain relationships with regular and HNI customers, ensuring personalised service.
- Develop strategies to improve customer conversion, review non-converted customer database, and
- Ensure compliance with all commercial and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Coach and mentor team members to facilitate performance development, career growth.
