- Serve as a trusted consultant to healthcare clients, delivering insights and strategies that improve financial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
- Advise stakeholders on industry trends, compliance standards, and best practices within US healthcare and RCM processes.
- Identify gaps in current operations and design tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
- Process Implementation & Improvement
- Lead end-to-end process implementation initiatives across RCM functions such as patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, claims, and collections.
- Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes, optimizing workflows, and leveraging automation tools where applicable.
- Establish metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance, ensuring sustainable improvements.
- Domain Expertise – US Healthcare & RCM
- Provide in-depth knowledge of US healthcare regulations, payer-provider dynamics, HIPAA compliance, and revenue integrity practices.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design or enhance RCM systems and tools that streamline billing, coding, and reimbursement cycles.
- Evaluate the impact of regulatory updates, payer policy changes, and industry shifts on client operations.
- Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership
- Partner with executive leaders, finance teams, and operations managers to ensure alignment of initiatives with strategic goals.
- Lead change management programs, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies by client teams.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic Growth & Innovation
- Support business development initiatives by contributing to proposals, solutioning, and client presentations.
- Explore opportunities for digital transformation in healthcare operations, including the use of analytics, AI, and RPA in RCM.
- Benchmark processes against industry best practices to recommend innovative improvements.
- 7 – 18 years of experience in US Healthcare consulting, with strong exposure to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and process re-engineering.
- Proven track record in consulting, advisory, and process implementation within healthcare provider, payer, or healthcare IT/BPO environments.
- Deep understanding of RCM functions such as patient scheduling, coding, charge capture, billing, denials management, and collections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into executable solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer-specific rules).
- Exposure to digital enablers such as RPA, AI/ML, or analytics-driven solutions in RCM (preferred).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change, and deliver high-impact business outcomes.
