Ideal candidate will have BE / Diploma Civil Engineering with 6 to 9 Years Experience in the field of Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimation (only from Real Estate)Roles and Responsibilities:

Making, checking & certification of bills & invoices of vendors & contractors. Costing & estimation preparation for rates & quantities for Civil/interior works.
Preparation of detailed budget estimates
Preliminary budget estimates, proficiency in quantity take off using Auto Cad
Quantity take off and preparation of measurement sheet as per drawings
Preparation of rate analysis and project costing at various stage of work
Quantity estimation, preparation of bills of quantity for residential projects
