Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering An Environment Of Collaboration And Growth In Iam Operations.4. Drive Innovation By Introducing New Ideas And Improvements In Iam Processes, Utilizing Cyberark Pam Methodologies To Enhance Overall Organizational Effectiveness.5. 1. Strong Understanding Of Iam Operations Management And Cyberark Pam (Vault, Pvwa, Cpm & Psm).2. Proficient In Process Optimization And Operational Reporting Techniques.3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills Within A Client-Focused Environment.4. Proven Ability To Lead Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders.5. Familiarity With Identity Management Frameworks And Compliance Standards.Certification
