• Production & Operational Leadership: Oversee daily plant operations, including raw material batching, furnace charging, tapping, and finishing to maximize yield.
• Process Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in arc furnace operations, reducing costs and enhancing product quality.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute production strategies, budgets, and operational policies.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure a zero-accident environment and strict adherence to environmental regulations and labor laws.
• Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials and consumables to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor technical and shop floor staff, maintaining high productivity and safety standards.

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 20+ years in ferro alloy production, with significant experience in managing electric arc furnaces.
• Skills: Technical proficiency in metallurgy, strong leadership, analytical skills, and knowledge of Cost Reduction techniques.
