JOB RESPONSIBILITIES "Purification of recombinant vaccine candidates. • pH and conductivity meter calibration and operation • Stock buffers and working buffer preparation • Column packing for purification of vaccine projects • Column cleaning CIP, storage and maintenance • Protein concentration using TFF and hollow fibers • Sterile filtration of DS and proper storage • Data recording and documentation of the daily work • Ensuring indenting and stock maintenance of materials used in purification e.g. resin, columns and chemicals used in buffer preparation as well as in process • Ensuring good laboratory practices in DSP"
