JOB SUMMARY:As a Senior Executive - Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing analytics for the Ads business, assisting in developing strategic narratives to enhance sales, addressing advertiser needs, and managing data products related to Ads Business. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to address complex challenges using advanced analytics.ABOUT THE TEAM:At Disney+ Hotstar, the team delivers high-quality content to millions of customers across various evolving devices. As a member of the Ad Business Analytics team, responsibilities encompass data & analytics for Video-On-Demand initiatives, designing and building data products, and partnering with the VOD strategy and business teams to address complex challenges in the Ad Tech landscape through innovation and advanced analytics.REPORTING TO: Senior Manager - Analytics, Disney+ HotstarKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends
Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data collection, processing, and analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and address complex challenges
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with at least three years in a similar role
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in handling complex datasets
Knowledge of statistical techniques and programming languages such as Python or R
Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks is beneficial
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
Experience in Adtech or OTT platforms is advantageous
