Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reginal Sales Manager to oversee all business development functions in Gurgaon. This role will be responsible for driving the company's sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both operational management and business development, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all business development functions for the north Region. - Identify and approach potential B2B clients, pitch FuelBuddy's services, and convert leads into long term customers. - Develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency across the region. - Identify and target potential business opportunities and clients, building FuelBuddy's presence in the local market. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. - Drive sales performance, meeting and exceeding targets by proactively managing sales pipelines and executing follow-up strategies. - Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support to ensure team goals are met and performance standards are upheld. - Collaborate across-department with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and operational execution. - Oversee market research and competitor analysis to keep up with industry trends and client needs. - Manage client accounts, ensuring timely collections and effective credit cycle management. - Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic updates to senior management. Requirements: - Years of experience in B2B sales or Enterprise/SME Sales, preferably in the fuel, Logistics, Lubricants, Industrial Products, Construction, Travels, Healthcare, Automotive, or related industries. - Proven leadership experience in managing both sales and operations teams. - In-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes, client relationship management, and business development strategies. - Strong understanding of sales and operational dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills. - Ability to drive results while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. - Must own a vehicle and a laptop for work purposes. - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
